1964 USA MONO reissue. Has NYC address in rim text on label. Blue Note label is lighter blue, rather than darker.
LP is in overall great shape. Has the odd light paper scuff. No scratches. Ultrasonically cleaned.
Jacket presents nicely for its age! No seem splits or writing anywhere. 2 tiny stains on the bottom back cover in the bottom pictures.
